Hi, I am Sarah Young!
I started Yu Wellness to help others achieve their lifestyle change goals. I have been on a 10 year journey to change my own life and lifestyle. I have worked hard to make the change sustainable and long term. I have educated and continue to educate myself on everything from weight loss, weight lifting, habit formation, goal setting, accountability, food and proper nutrition, meditation, yoga, reiki, and connecting my mind, body and spirit. I would like to help others achieve their own lifestyle change no matter what that means for each individual.

Life is a journey not a destination. Lifestyle change is no different.
My journey began as a fitness quest. I was well on my way to having a whole set of health issues. I knew I could make the changes I needed to. I was a young mother and wanted to be able to play with my kids as they grew and be an active member in my own life. I have been able to achieve a total weight loss of 70 pounds and a body fat change of over 60%. This was only the begging of the transformation, that has brought me to where I am.
Sarah is a knowledgeable, yoga/lifestyle professional. She brings her own life experiences and journey to each session, connecting with and guiding me. I would highly recommend.
I’ve been to nutritionist, trainers, and several doctors on my health/weight loss journey. Not a single one can hold a candle to Sarah‘s dedication and compassion. Sarah‘s passion for helping people is extremely refreshing. Not only has Sarah helped me with my physical fitness, she’s focused on my emotional fitness as well. For the first time on my health journey I felt listened to. I can feel myself transforming into the woman I’ve always wanted to be, and feel incredibly blessed to have Sarah‘s guidance and knowledge throughout it all.
